What products do you use?
That depends on your specific condition. This is why a consultation is so important. I’ll assess the health of your hair and scalp and let you know which services are safe and supportive for your situation.
What if I have hair loss or scalp issues, can I still get color or extensions?
Some services (like extensions and toppers) require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations under 24 hours will incur a 50% service fee, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.
What’s the deposit and cancellation policy?
Each service varies depending on your hair type and what I’m doing. Estimated timing is listed on my booking platform, so you’ll know exactly what to expect before booking.
How long will my appointment take?
Yes—for trichology services, extensions, and toppers, a consultation is required before any work can be booked. This gives us a chance to talk through your needs and make sure we’re a good fit.
